These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and MYR999 (hereinafter referred to as "MYR999", "We", "Us", or "the Platform"), accessible at https://myr999.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the MYR999 platform — including its online casino, sports betting, live dealer, and any other gaming services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. MYR999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an account on MYR999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. MYR999 strictly enforces minimum age requirements and will suspend any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another individual).
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary or imposed by a regulatory body, that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of MYR999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be residing in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on MYR999 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update any information that changes. MYR999 reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact MYR999 customer support immediately via live chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram. MYR999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

MYR999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified Malaysian payment channels:

• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, AmOnline

All account balances are held in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of crediting. MYR999 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors and cryptocurrency network fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawal Processing Times (indicative ranges, not guaranteed):

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Typically within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts
• DuitNow QR / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes
• Direct Bank Wire (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, etc.): 15–60 minutes
• Cryptocurrency: 15–45 minutes, subject to network congestion

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements. MYR999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or are flagged by our risk management systems, which may extend processing times.

MYR999 offers various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players who meet the specific criteria stated in each promotion.
• Each eligible Player may claim each promotion only once, unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts may not be used to claim additional bonuses.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time frame stated in the promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates. Please consult the specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• MYR999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will have their existing bonus terms honoured, subject to abuse prevention provisions.
• Where MYR999 reasonably suspects that a Player is exploiting promotions, including through collusion, systematic betting patterns, or any other method not consistent with good faith participation, MYR999 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, related winnings, and, in serious cases, to suspend or terminate the Player's account.

MYR999 offers live casino, slots, sports betting (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, and UFC markets), and other gaming products. The following general rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation or modification of placed bets is not permitted except where explicitly provided for in the rules of the specific game or market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, MYR999 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Game round results produced under verified technical faults may be voided. The decision of MYR999 in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• MYR999 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and table games where available. These figures represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of disputed results, MYR999 will refer to the official ruling body's determination. All sports betting rules are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual game rounds, spins, or betting events. These limits, where applicable, are stated in the respective game or market rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MYR999 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension and possible termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling, including through coordinated wagering strategies, arbitrage, or systematic pattern betting.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multi-player environments.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider after transactions have been legitimately processed by MYR999.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activities. MYR999 fully cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all such matters.
• Minors Gambling: Allowing, facilitating, or assisting a person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform.

MYR999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before a Player's first withdrawal can be processed and may be required at any other time at MYR999's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or equivalent for international players)
• A selfie photograph of the Player holding their identity document
• Proof of ownership for any payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing name and registered number, bank statement header)

KYC submissions are reviewed within one to two business hours during normal operating hours. MYR999 treats all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verified Players will not be required to resubmit documentation unless their circumstances change materially or regulatory requirements change.

MYR999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal facilities on any account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, and to withhold funds where fraudulent documentation is detected, pending investigation.

MYR999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements (including age requirements)
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant
• At MYR999's discretion for any business or regulatory reason

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (net of any amounts subject to dispute, pending wagering requirements, or fraud investigation holds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and standard processing times.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting MYR999 customer support. Voluntary closure requests related to responsible gambling concerns are processed with priority.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYR999 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from game or system malfunction
• Interruptions to service, including scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages
• Loss or corruption of data
• Errors or omissions in Platform content
• Third-party actions, including payment processing delays or failures
• Losses incurred due to the Player's own breach of these Terms

MYR999's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit MYR999's liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by MYR999's negligence, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

All content on the MYR999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface elements, software code, and databases — is the intellectual property of MYR999 or its licensed third-party game and technology providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without MYR999's express written consent
• Use any automated tool to extract, scrape, or index Platform content

MYR999 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, including for account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Our data practices are governed in full by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on MYR999, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

MYR999 does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is necessary for Platform operations, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention, as described in the Privacy Policy.

MYR999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be considered a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the MYR999 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MYR999 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and MYR999, the Player should first contact MYR999 customer support via live chat to seek informal resolution. MYR999 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process as specified by MYR999's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

MYR999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, MYR999 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email notification to the registered account address, a platform notification upon next login, or by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the MYR999 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your account.
